2008 Equality Report Card

How well is the Government of PEI doing in 2008 to advance women's equality goals?

In 2007, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women introduced a process for following up on its past recommendations to government on key issues that affect the lives of Prince Edward Island girls, women, and their families. Council released its first Equality for PEI Report Card on June 17, 2008.

Here below are some of the background documents the Status of Women Council has shared with government during the collaborative process to create a Report Card:

  • What Grades Mean: Detailed Examples [PDF]
