The programs and services of the Prince Edward Island Department of Agriculture and Forestry are developed within the context of the Sustainable Resource Policy. The policy sets the direction for the protection of PEI’s land, water and air resources. This site contains a listing of programs and services that are available to farmers. It is designed as a quick reference tool to assist with accessing information as efficiently as possible. The listing was current at the time of publishing and will be updated on a regular basis.

The Non-Business Risk Management programs under the Growing Forward 2 will be opening mid April. Program guidelines and applications will be posted on this site as they become available. Please note there will be some changes to the programs when compared to previous years and expenditures made prior to project approval may not be eligible for reimbursement.
