DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS
ELCOME TO OUR ISLAND CHRISTMAS from Lieutenant Governor, and from Hon. Robert Ghiz, Premier. And best of the season from Anne Shirley and Emily of New Moon.

Christmas is a magical time of year here on the Island. The snow has begun to fall, homes are ablaze with the lights of the season, and, at schools and churches across the Island, children and adults alike are preparing for the many choirs, plays, and other events that will soon come to life.

You're invited to explore the world of Island Christmas: send an electronic Christmas Card, browse through our recipes and carol lyrics and find an natural Island Christmas tree.

Send a Christmas Card

Use our handy online electronic Christmas Cards to send holiday greetings to your friends and relatives. This is a FREE service, and you can send as many cards as you like!

Christmas Stories

The True Meaning of Crumbfest has become a Christmas tradition in many households, weaving a holiday spell for young and old alike. It first appeared in David Weale's book, An Island Christmas Reader, then captured CBC Radio listeners on Gabereau and Fireside Al.

Green Christmas

The same values of caring and helping others that characterize Christmas are also needed to protect our environment. This year with a bit of planning and forethought, you can plan a 'green celebration'.
