  • General Notices
    • An error has been noted regarding Form 4F - Notice of Constitutional Question - and the service provision on the Attorneys General stated on the form. Form 4F states that notice "must be served at least 10 days before the question is to be argued." Subsection 49(2) of the Judicature Act requires at least 30 days notice prior to the court date. The Judicature Act prevails over the rule. Please contact Charles Thompson, Q.C., Prothonotary/Registrar, if you have questions.
