Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has visited Prince Edward Island four times from 1951 to 1973 as follows:

1951- Princess Elizabeth and Philip, Duke of Edinburgh

1959 - Queen Elizabeth II and Philip, Duke of Edinburgh

1964 - Queen Elizabeth II and Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, officially open Confederation Centre of the Arts

1973 - Queen Elizabeth II and Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, centennial of PEI's entry into Confederation
