Disability Services Review

The Disability Services Review Committee has been appointed by provincial cabinet to carry out a comprehensive review of the programs and services available to individuals with disabilities and their families in Prince Edward Island, including and beyond the Disability Support Program.

Your input into the Disability Services Review process is very important. Here’s how to get involved.

Online Submissions

View a copy of the Disability Services Review - Background Document and review (pdf opens in a new window). Then, open the Disability Services Review – Online Questionnaire (English), or Disability Services Review - Online Questionnaire (French). Fill in your comments, click the submit by e-mail button, and your comments will be e-mailed to the appropriate persons.

Written Submissions
