Souris Consolidated School

Souris Consolidated School started off the school year by having an assembly to celebrate the staff and students continuing to \"Stand-Up\" against bullying. At the assembly, staff and students discussed what it means to \"stand up\" before they put on their orange \"Stand-Up\" t-shirts. Everyone will continue to wear them every Friday, and employees from various local businesses will join the school as they all \"STAND UP\" as a community.

Morell Consolidated School

Athena Consolidated School

Many classes at Athena participate in Book Buddy activities. One grade 2 class began book making with the support of a literacy coach. During book buddy time, they are sharing their writing pieces with their grade 6 book buddies, who will also be creating their own books. The goal; is to have the two groups work on writing books together.
