Air Quality Permit

Companies that operate any of the following:

fuel burning equipment (utilities and non-utility boilers),
incinerators, and
industrial sources (e.g., asphalt plants)

must get a permit to operate under the Air Quality Regulations of the Environmental Protection Act.
