Construction and Demolition Disposal Site License

The Waste Resouce Management Regulations (PDF) specify what regulatory requirements must be met in order to construct and/or operate a site.

Currently, there is a moratorium placed on the development of any new construction and demolition sites. Until legislation is passed that lifts this moratorium, the Department is not approving applications for new sites.
