Petroleum Storage Tanks Regulations

This program/regulation controls the removal, installation, disposal and licensing of underground petroleum storage tanks and specific aboveground petroleum storage tanks. It also supervises the clean up of contaminated soil from leaking petroleum tanks or releases of petroleum.
