Motor Vehicle on a Beach or Sand Dune Approval

The Environmental Protection Act prohibits operation of a motor vehicle on a beach or sand dune without written permission of the Minister. While such activity is generally discouraged, occasionally there are valid reasons for such an activity. In these cases, clients must contact the Department of Environment, Labour and Justice for written permission.
