If you are looking for tips on how to serve up delicious Island fish and shellfish on the barbecue, be sure to take in one of the Out of the Sea and Over the Coals demonstrations this summer.

The Department of Fisheries, Aquacultureand Rural Development , Fisheries and Aquaculture Division, is once again hosting the popular seafood barbecue demonstrations at parks, festivals, campgrounds, exhibitions and other special events from Tignish to Souris over the summer months.

Demonstrators will have free samples, recipes, and lots of information on selecting, preparing and storing seafood.
