Planning Related Appeals

If you wish to appeal a planning-related decision, you may file an appeal with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC) within 21 days following the date of the decision. To fully determine whether you have a right of appeal, you should carefully review section 28 of the Planning Act.
