Highway Access Appeals

Where the Minister of Transportation and Public Works has the discretion to issue an entrance way permit according to the Roads Act Highway Access Regulations the applicant may appeal the Minister's decision to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC). To determine if you have a right of appeal, please refer to Section 12 of the Roads Act Highway Access Regulations.
