The Forests, Fish and Wildlife Division, in cooperation with many different partners, offers workshops, presentations and field trips related to forest management, hunting, trapping, forest ecology, wildlife habitat, angling and many other subjects.
As information on new courses and workshops becomes available, it will be posted here. Interested groups and organizations that wish to promote events on this web site can send a request to the Information Officer, Forests, Fish and Wildlife Division. These events and workshops must support the goals and policies of the Division and of the Government of Prince Edward Island.

Introduction to Forest Management Plans: April 17, 2013 - Hunter River
The PEI Woodlot Owners Association is sponsoring an evening workshop to explore the Forest Enhancement Program and the rationale and benefits of a good forest management plan and how it can help you to reach your goals for your woodlands. This workshop is free of charge and will be held on Wednesday April 17 , 2013 at the Hunter River Lions' Club from 7 - 9 pm.
