The Forests, Fish and Wildlife Division offers a variety of online resources, print resources, short courses, training programs and field days for people who are interested in Island wildlife and forests. These products are designed to increase awareness and understanding of the ecological, social and economic uses of the Island’s natural resources.Training courses for hunters and trappers are offered on an annual basis, but other courses, field tours and workshops are developed on an as-needed basis or in cooperation with other groups and agencies who share an interest in Island forests and wildlife.
