Hello Islanders Just saying Hi to all of my relatives who live on the Island.I love this website with all the catagories making it easy to navigate.Its fun to watch the intersection in front of the Confederation Building giving me an idea of your weather today.If I ever move from Ontario,P.E.I. is the Province Id like to retire to.My relatives are thought of alot and wish I was more close to them because the distance travelling to and from Ont.to P.E.I. I am eager to come down and visit you all and have so many fond memories.Mom is from Wood Islands (Macmillan) and Dad is from Charelottetown.Family is very important to me and those on the Island are very dear in my heart and I think often of them.I guess P.E.I. is in my blood and very proud of that.Its a special place and everyone is down to earth and friendly.I enjoy taking the ferry crossing from Pictou,N.S and the new "Confederation bridge" is amazing.I love the countryside drives and love to spend time at the beach.I have my relatives in my thoughts and prayers and am thankfull to be (half-Islander) wannabee lol It surely is the best place in Canada to live and I will never forget all the happy memories of being there,visiting my family,relatives and touring around.Lots of Tea and Biscuits and even though the "Rockets" are away from seeing them play I now can hear the broadcast on the net and Ive always been a fan of Hockey,Golf,sports... and life on the Island since being a toddler. The music,food and company is the best as well. Take Care for now,"Go Rockets Go" and hope to see you all asap. We saw the Atlantic Canada show today at the Olympics in Vancouver. The show "Come On In" was just excellent. We recommend anyone in Vancouver during the Olympics to make a point of enjoying this great show. Well done!

Happy New Year! Was hoping you may be of assistance in some way. While travelling the first ferry out on the last day Dec 20th I lost a item that is sentimental to me. It fell out of our car on B deck of the Confederation. It was a OTTAWA SENATORS CHRISTMAS toque with the Senators eblem on the front. It was given to me by someone now gone. I was wondering if it may have turned up in the lost and found. I know this is a stretch but I thought I would try.Since the ferry has stopped it seemed futile to try that angle. Thank you. A Mowry

Here in NJ we are enjoying Cavendish Russet baking potatoes from Charlottetown, PEI and I wanted to know where in Canada Charlottetown was located. These are great potatoes, so thank your for growing and sending them to us. Happy New Year to ALL.
