	Community Care Facilities and Nursing Homes Act
	Nursing Home Regulations

The goals of this program are the control of communicable disease, food protection, and investigation of complaints and ensuring safe conditions in recognized institutions.

This program is carried out in conjunction with the Child Care and Community Care Facilities Boards. Activities under this program include plan approval, food safety, infection control, and water quality. Safety is also assessed at child care centres.
