The Department of Health and Wellness is responsible for ensuring the protection and privacy of personal information in accordance the PEI Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and other relevant legislation. This responsibility is carried out through the promotion of the principles of privacy, access, security and confidentiality.
