Place Description

94 Brighton Road is one of a pair of Arts and Crafts inspired homes on Brighton Road. Ivan Younghusband Reddin (1885-1950), chose cement to construct the two homes in 1915. Because most homes in Charlottetown were traditionally built with wood or brick, the homes are unique in the City. The designation encompasses the building's exterior and parcel; it does not include the building's interior.
