Caroline Davison, Project Manager/Human Rights Legal Officer

Caroline Davison joined the Commission in July 2019 as an articling student and now works as a project manager for the Workplace Sexual Harassment Project and a lawyer.

Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Caroline received her Bachelor of Arts Honours, in International Relations from Mount Allison University in 2014, and her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law in 2018. She was admitted to the Law Society of Prince Edward Island in January 2020.

Caroline has a work and volunteer background in leadership and management roles. Currently, she is a board member for the John Howard Society of PEI. She previously volunteered with several social justice groups and organizations while attending university including Pro Bono Students Canada, the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Society and Global Brigades. Throughout her undergraduate and legal education, for seven seasons she worked in Cavendish as a seasonal human resource manager.

Caroline is passionate about people, social justice, and making a difference in her community. Outside of work, she spends her time walking her two large dogs, enjoying conversations with friends and family and practicing yoga.
