Nutrition Labelling

This service provides nutrition analysis for food products in compliance with labelling regulations in both Canada and the US. Nutrition Labelling is recommended for all food products sold within Canada and is mandatory for all products exported to the United States. BIO|FOOD|TECH staff can help determine a processor's needs and, depending on resources and target markets, will advise on the most effective and efficient overall plan for the product. BIO|FOOD|TECH's food scientists and technicians work together to ensure that the appropriate analyses are carried out and that nutrient information complies with Federal regulations.
