Food Safety and Training
This service enables food processors to satisfy the requirements of agencies such as the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (F.D.A.), thus providing or maintaining access to Canadian and U.S. markets. BIO|FOOD|TECH laboratories assist the food industry with pesticide residue testing, microbial testing for contaminants, and routine quality control support services. They also conduct workshops and on-site visits to establish good manufacturing practices, such as HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point). This service is available to all food processors and food service companies.
