- Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks (CCLB) - The CCLB is the centre of expertise in support of the national standards in English and French for describing, measuring and recognizing second language proficiency of adult immigrants and prospective immigrants for living and working in Canada. The CCLB promotes and supports the use of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) as a practical, fair and reliable national standard of second language proficiency in educational, training, community and workplace settings.

- Office of Immigration, Settlement and Population -Authorized by Island Investment Development Inc. a crown corporation under the Ministry of Innovation and Advanced Learning, Immigration Services is responsible to implement and manage programs to increase Prince Edward Island’s population through immigration. These programs are designed to educate, facilitate, attract and retain immigrants who will contribute to the economy and culture of Prince Edward Island. More specifically, Office of Immigration, Settlement and Population is responsible for the delivery of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program, Settlement and Recruitment.
