Administration: In January 2000, Stratford Town Council created a corporation known
as Stratford Business Park Development Inc., which is currently responsible for the
management and promotion of the business park. Stratford Business Park Development
Inc. assumes all assets and liabilities of the park. Their offices are located at the Stratford
Town Hall, 110 Mason Road, Stratford, P.E.I.

Maintenance: The Town of Stratford provides street lighting, police protection (through
contract with the RCMP), fire protection, (through contract with the Crossroads
Community Fire Company), planning and inspection, water and sewer service (through
the Stratford Utility Corporation), garbage collection, and animal control for the Business
Park. The province maintains the streets in the Park. This includes winter snow removal.

Hospital Facilities: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital
`located in Charlottetown, is a 274 bed
acute-care facility providing community services to Queen's County and specialty services
provincially. These include out-patients, lab services, oncology unit, diagnostic imaging
and emergency services. The hospital is located 5 km (3.1 miles) from the park.

Fire Protection: Fire protection for the Business Park is provided by the Crossroads
Community Fire Company. The department is located next to the business park. The recent addition of a 911 call answer/transfer service on
Prince Edward Island has facilitated access to emergency services. Fire rated water service will be available at the
end of 2000 for buildings equipped with automatic sprinkler systems. Property owners
who require special services in case of fire should contact the Crossroads Community
Fire Company at (902) 569-3473 to make arrangements.

Security: RCMP patrols ensure park security. The Stratford detachment is located in the
Fire Hall across the street from the business park.

Recreation: Walking trails are being installed around the perimeter of the park as each
phase is constructed. Two soccer fields are developed at the edge of the park and a
third one is planned. A plan is being developed to set aside additional passive green
space in the park for park employees to enjoy.
