Administration: In January 2000, Stratford Town Council created a corporation known as Stratford Business Park Development Inc., which is currently responsible for the management and promotion of the business park. Stratford Business Park Development Inc. assumes all assets and liabilities of the park. Their offices are located at the Stratford Town Hall, 110 Mason Road, Stratford, P.E.I.

Maintenance: The Town of Stratford provides street lighting, police protection (through contract with the RCMP), fire protection, (through contract with the Crossroads Community Fire Company), planning and inspection, water and sewer service (through the Stratford Utility Corporation), garbage collection, and animal control for the Business Park. The province maintains the streets in the Park. This includes winter snow removal.

Hospital Facilities: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital `located in Charlottetown, is a 274 bed acute-care facility providing community services to Queen's County and specialty services provincially. These include out-patients, lab services, oncology unit, diagnostic imaging and emergency services. The hospital is located 5 km (3.1 miles) from the park.

Fire Protection: Fire protection for the Business Park is provided by the Crossroads Community Fire Company. The department is located next to the business park. The recent addition of a 911 call answer/transfer service on Prince Edward Island has facilitated access to emergency services. Fire rated water service will be available at the end of 2000 for buildings equipped with automatic sprinkler systems. Property owners who require special services in case of fire should contact the Crossroads Community Fire Company at (902) 569-3473 to make arrangements.

Security: RCMP patrols ensure park security. The Stratford detachment is located in the Fire Hall across the street from the business park.

Recreation: Walking trails are being installed around the perimeter of the park as each phase is constructed. Two soccer fields are developed at the edge of the park and a third one is planned. A plan is being developed to set aside additional passive green space in the park for park employees to enjoy.
