Topography
The site chosen for the Stratford Business Park is well buffered from any
adjacent residential developments to the south by the Trans-Canada Highway corridor.
To the north, east and west, it is bordered by mature stands of trees and industrial or
undeveloped land. Vehicular access to the business park is completely segregated from
nearby residential areas.

Plans for Expansion: The Stratford Business Park development has been planned in
four distinct phases. Phase 1 is 28 acres and essentially represents the area which can
be serviced with gravity sewer. This phase was constructed in the fall of 1999 and is now
ready to accommodate development. Phase 2 is 48 acres, representing the balance of
the land currently owned by the Town. It will require the installation of a sewage lift station
and force main. Phase 3 is 32 acres adjacent to phase 2 and the land is being optioned
by the Town. Phase 4 is 23 acres and represents privately held lands which can be
readily serviced in concert with the new business park development.
