Energy Commission releases discussion paper

The Prince Edward Island Energy Commission has released a discussion paper to assist in the upcoming public consultations and conversations about the future of the Island's energy policies.

The Diamond Jubilee celebrations, which recognizes the 60th anniversary of the accession to the throne of Queen Elizabeth II, have officially begun. As part of the celebrations, six Islanders were presented with Diamond Jubilee Medals to recognize outstanding community achievements.

Premier Robert Ghiz is leading a trade team mission to Atlanta, Georgia, focusing on trade in aerospace and defence, information technology, life sciences, agri-food and seafood. The mission will take place on February 6-8, 2012.
