Chapman Centre

In 1980, due to a need in the community, a day program was established to provide therapeutic services to seniors living in their own homes. By 1987 the program had grown to include social and therapeutic services and was housed in Summerset Manor. It was named Chapman Centre in memory of Greta Chapman a one time participant.

Any senior in East Prince who is in need of the varied services offered by Chapman Centre can attend. Each case is judged on the level of care that the senior needs.

The program operates Monday to Friday. Activity programs take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and personal care and meals are offered on Tuesday and Thursday through set appointments.
