Probation supervision (victim contact, family contact, community/police contact regarding probation clients, interface with other services for case management duties) contact for court orders and report information gathering. Mandated phone & face to face contact to enforce court orders, and related case management duties where so directed by the courts, non mandated contact related to interaction with mandated clients.
