Anne of Green Gables Licensing Authority

The mandate of the Anne of Green Gables Licensing Authority is to:

Promote the memory and recognition of L.M. Montgomery as Prince Edward Island's and probably Canada's most acclaimed author;
To promote the integrity of the images of Anne; Montgomery and the literary works related to Anne of Green Gables;
To control and oversee the use of the Images of Anne and worldwide Anne Trademarks through a licensing program; and
To license quality Merchandising utilizing Anne Trademarks and Images of Anne, to collect royalties therefrom for the Heirs, A&E and the Province, or all of them, as the case may be, and to carry out any necessary or desirable trademark protection or enforcement activity.
