Located on Fitzroy St., close to the intersection with Prince St. This superb, picturesque villa is one of the finest homes built in pre-Confederation Canada. Constructed about 1839 for politician and administrator Thomas H. Haviland Sr. A rare example of early brick construction on the Island.
