Development Tax Incentive Program This program will be available to eligible persons/developers who are developing real estate in the City of Charlottetown.

Downtown Revitalization Tax Incentive Program This program is applicable to all properties in the area commonly known as south of Euston Street and more specifically described in “Appendix A”.
