Evangeline Community Health Centre

A bilingual multi-disciplinary team consisting of a psychologist, public health nurse, speech & language pathologist, secretary, and coordinator, who provide a variety of programs, activities and services responding to the community needs.

The Centre provides promotional, preventive, curative, supportive and rehabilitation aspects of care with increased emphasis on health promotion and illness prevention.

The centre works in partnership with the community to promote individual, family and community health and well-being.

It is administered by the community and has several staff members working as a team to provide promotional, preventative, curative, supportive and rehabilitative services with emphasis on health promotion and illness prevention.
