Alcohol

According to the Liquor Control Act you must be at least 19 to apply for a license to sell liquor and to consume alcohol.

Section 40, subsection 5, of the Liquor Control Act also states:

(40)-(5) Any person under the age of nineteen years who
(a) has in his possession or consumes liquor; or
(b) falsely claims to be over that age in order to obtain liquor, is guilty of an offence.
