In order to purchase lottery tickets in Prince Edward Island you must be at least 19 years of age. This is set out in Section 17 of the Lotteries Commission Act.

In order to use Electronic Gaming Devices you must be at least 19 years of age. This is set out in the Gaming Centers Control Regulations of the Lotteries Commission Act.
