Women's Institute Roadside Cleanup
Each spring, the Prince Edward Island Women's Institute asks Islanders to help with their efforts to keep our roadsides clean of litter.
The Annual Roadside Cleanup is May 12, 2012.
Specially marked cleanup bags are available at all Access PEI sites, the Charlottetown Research Station, Potato Services in Kensington, and the Waste Watch drop-off centres in Brockton, New London, Murray River, Dingwell Mills, GreenIsle, the East Prince Waste Management facility in Wellington and the Stratford Community Office.
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal will pick up the clear ceanup bags after the second Saturday of May this year.
