About the Department
The Department of Environment, Labour and Justice oversees a wide range of programs and activities in the areas of justice, public safety, environmental protection, enforcement and consumer and corporate services.Each division of the department works toward the protection of Islanders and the Island's environment by fostering safe communities, access to justice, sustainable environmental practices, and respect for the law.
