Annual Return for Non-profit Corporation

To file an annual return for a non-profit organization incorporated under Part II of the Companies Act, please contact the Consumer,Labour & Financial Services Division of the Department of Environment, Labour and Justice.

Filing an Annual Return (Non-Profit)

Any organization incorporated under Part II of the Companies Act must file an annual return indicating the names and addresses of the officers and directors of the organization. (Section 91 of the Companies Act.)

Form 25 - Annual Return for Part II (Non-profit) Companies must be filed with the Department of Environment, Labour and Justice on a yearly basis.

The filing fee is $20.00.

All cheques are made payable to Minister of Finance PEI.
