Insurance Company License

Insurance companies are required to license under the Insurance Act. The license must be renewed annually. The licensing and renewal fee is $900 payable to the Provincial Treasurer PEI.

To make application, contact the Insurance and Real Estate Section Consumer, Corporate and Insurance Division of the Department of Justice and Public Safety.
