Administrative Recalculation Office

The Administrative Recalculation Office conducts the administrative recalculation of child support in cases where the discretion of the court is not required and the original order/agreement provides for the automatic administrative recalculation of child support on an annual basis. This allows the parties to update child support in accordance with the parties’ income without proceeding back through the courts.
