Employment Standards Board

The primary role of the Employment Standards Board is to hear appeal presentations from employers who have a complaint filed against them for alleged violations of the Employment Standards Act.

The Board, on an annual basis, reviews the Minimum Wage Order and makes recommendations to the Lieutenant Governor in Council with regard to changes.

The current Board members are:
