Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal Decisions
On hearing an appeal, the Appeal Tribunal may confirm, vary or reverse the decision appealed from and shall provide a written summary of its reasons within 90 days of the appeal hearing. A copy of the decision is provided to all parties who have a direct interest in the appeal, including Workers Compensation Board.For public viewing on this website, Tribunal decisions have been edited to protect the privacy of the parties concerned in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
