Prince Edward Island’s Employment Standards Branch staff provides information to assist everyone in the workplace to better understand employer/employee rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act and Regulations. We are available to make presentations to employers and/or employees as well as organizations and/or working groups either at your location or in our office. Please call 902-368-5550 or 902-368-5552 to book a session.

Our publications are available, free of charge, to the public. They are available on-line, at our offices in the Sherwood Business Centre, 2nd floor (161 St Peters Road, Charlottetown) at Access PEI offices across the Island and at Island Information Services, 1st Floor, Jones Building (11 Kent Street, Charlottetown).
