Deductions

No employer shall make a deduction from an employee's pay except where the deductions is:

a. required or authorized by statute;

b. mutually agreed upon by the employer and the employee;

c. ordered by the court;

d. the result of a previous advance of wages or vacation pay to the employee; or,

e. authorized by the Minimum Wage Order.
