Prince Edward Island’s Employment Standards Branch staff provides information to assist everyone in the workplace to better understand employer/employee rights and obligations under the Employment Standards Act and Regulations. We are available to make presentations to employers and/or employees as well as organizations and/or working groups either at your location or in our office.
