Request for Conciliation Officer

In accordance with section 25(b) of the Prince Edward Island Labour Act, when the parties are unable to conclude a collective agreement, they may request the Minister Responsible for Labour to appoint a conciliation officer. Please complete and sign a "Request for Appointment of a Conciliation Officer" and forward to the Labour and Industrial Relations Division either in person to 161 St Peters Road, Charlottetown; by mail at PO Box 2000, Charlottetown, PE C1A 7N8; by fax at 1-902-368-5476; or by email to hawalsh@gov.pe.ca
