The members of the Task Force are chair John Handrahan (Tignish), Janice Harper (Charlottetown), Carol Horne (Charlottetown), Paul Gallant (Souris West), and Marvyn Webster (Kelvin Grove).

The Task Force on Land Use Policy will research the present planning system and lead public consultations. They will then examine all findings before recommending land use policies to government.
