Little is known about the organization and function of the Cornwall Community Club. It appears the group acted as a community council, meeting to discuss various issues of interest within the community of Cornwall. Minutes of the Cornwall Community Club show that members decided which groups would have access to community facilities. The Club was also able to call for tenders for the building of a new community rink, indicating that the organization had considerable influence within the community.
