The fonds consists of copies of the petition for incorporation, the charter of incorporation, by-laws and minutes of Station No. 4 of the Fishermen's Union of Prince Edward Island. The latter include minutes of Station No. 13 from 18 August 1936 to 19 January 1937. Minutes of Station 4 cover the following dates: 13 February 1937 - 14 November 1943 and 6 November 1953 - 30 July 1965.
