History

Alice Fraser, born the 15 September 1911, was the oldest child of Nellie Aitken and Dr. Roy Fraser and was brought up in Charlottetown. She was the grandaughter of Samuel and great-grandaughter of Johnson Aitken. Alice was a primary teacher at the Prince Street School in Charlottetown and during the last seven years of her service was the school librarian there. She also served as archivist of the Trinity United Church records for a period of time.
